VANCOUVER, B.C. – JULY 27TH, 2021 – NHS INDUSTRIES LTD. (CSE: NHS) (OTC: NNHHF) (THE "COMPANY" OR "NHS") is pleased to confirm the effective date for the name and symbol change, as announced on July 19, 2021.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, the shares of the Company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the name “Feel Foods Ltd.” and stock symbol “FEEL”.
